You must provide accurate information, protect your login details and notify Pianoland if you believe your account is compromised.

Ticket validity, entry, refunds, transfers and event changes remain subject to the terms shown at purchase and any applicable ticket-provider terms.

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, access another person’s account, or attempt to bypass security controls.

Pianoland may update these terms and will publish the current version on this page.
